Missouri Enterprise was thrilled to attend the annual Buy Missouri Day at the Capitol earlier this month. Hosted by Lieutenant Governor Mike Kehoe, this event brought together local businesses from across the state to showcase their unique products and contributions to Missouri’s economy.

Last Friday, Congressman Luetkemeyer explored Craftsmen Industries, Inc. with our staff members - Ned, Stacey, and Dusty. Their tour unveiled the company's secret to success, proudly displayed over the front door. From precision engineering to creative craftsmanship, Craftsmen embodies American ingenuity.

But the visit wasn't just about admiring the facade; it delved deeper into the heart of the operation. Congressman Luetkemeyer, his team, and some of our staff were given a firsthand look at the intricate creativity and craftsmanship that permeates every corner of Craftsmen Industries. From precision engineering to meticulous attention to detail, it was evident that excellence was the standard.

March 28, 2024, in Chillicothe, Missouri, the Missouri Women’s Council celebrated a monumental milestone—the graduation of the Aspire MO 2.0 Inaugural Class of 2024. Below are pictures of the graduates and those instrumental in making this program a success. Vinod George and Mike Spurgeon from Missouri Enterprise provided hands-on training in warehouse, manufacturing, and supply chain. Other service providers also provided additional soft skills to prepare the ladies for work once they leave the correctional facility in the near future. This Aspire MO initiative will be a beacon of success in reentry strategies and promises to dramatically reduce recidivism rates to nearly nonexistent levels. Each graduate provided testimony as to how this program will impact their life and the families and communities in which they will return. One graduate captured the essence of this transformative experience, stating, “This opportunity gave me a solid foundation to build on a successful future.”

Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer/Deputy Executive Director with the Advanced Manufacturing Innovation Center St. Louis, the Chief Policy Officer for Greater St. Louis, Inc., and President of ChamberSTL, Tracy has demonstrated an unparalleled commitment to advanced manufacturing, economic development, and policy excellence.

Her extensive background includes pivotal roles at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, U.S. Senate, Americans for Prosperity, U.S. Department of Homeland Security, and U.S. Department of Justice. Tracy is celebrated for her strategic vision, ability to forge bipartisan support, and her knack for securing transformative outcomes.

Tracy's leadership has catalyzed inclusive economic growth, mobilized strategic partnerships, and steered organizations towards remarkable achievements. From securing significant funding to facilitating critical legislative victories, her impact is both broad and deep.
