We have decided to cancel service this Sunday. We wanted to go ahead and make the decision so everyone would hopefully be notified and we don't have to scramble to figure out what to do Sunday morning.

The cleanup planned for this friday has been moved to July 9. We will not be meeting this friday.

Our kids visited the vbs at pleasant Valley south this week , and in the brief time I was there dropping them off and picking them up, I saw a glimpse of what Church should be all the time. It's not about decorations and silly skits, but appreciating the now and having joy while telling folks the good news, both in word and actions. I want to encourage all of you to get into church somewhere. I would love for you to come to Blue Pond with us ,but find somewhere and go all out every opportunity you have to worship and share the good news of Christ in your life. Church is not a put on or a presentation or some kinda contrived act, Church is the collective praise of God's people coming together as one. Let's let our praise be heard. Edited we also visited Dry Creek's VBS for the last 2 wednesday nights and plan to be there for the next week, it has been great as well.

Easter Egg hunt Saturday at noon. Easter Sunday service at 1100 in the fellowship hall.

I am having issues this morning and will not be going live at 8 for Bible Study. We will be meting at 10 in the fellowship hall to go for Bible Study in person. We will be in the book of Haggai, So go ahead and read chapter 1 of Haggai and come ready to dive deeper into God's word.

personal prayer: "LORD, revive me." We too often blame the church for sin, corruption, laziness, prayerlessness, lack of spiritual power, or whatever - and we forget that we are the church.

We must Pray for personal revival and diligently search ourselves:
- Check our conduct - does our walk glorify the LORD as it should?
How about your private conduct, which only the LORD sees?
- Check our conversation - is our speech profane or impure?
Do we talk about Jesus with others?
- Check our communion - are we living a growing, abiding life with
Jesus?

These moment of personal growth are one of many reasons why Bible Study is critical.
God is prepared to Bless are we ready to receive?
