Today is my last day in the office. I don’t know how long I’ll be taking leave from massage and energy work, but I hope to see you again sometime! It’s a bittersweet journey as I’ll finally have a real break to be able to heal and rest, but I am going to have a hard time letting myself be still! Listen to your body, advocate for your health, and take care of each other. 💗

Hello to all my lovely clients! Due to some unfortunate, ongoing health issues, I’m closing my practice at the end of June. I so appreciate all the support that you have given me, and I’m sad to be doing this, but my health has to come first! I can recommend some massage therapists if you’re looking for someone. Hey all, as of May 1st my hours are changing! I’ll be there Wednesday evening from 2-8 and Fridays 12-6. Some days will be limited as I am still healing from some health issues. I’m taking the advice I give my clients, and giving myself more breaks! Keep taking care of each other!

That feeling when you can’t get comfortable after sleeping on your shoulder wrong all night. 😣 Gua sha to the rescue! I did some self treatment and it’s feeling better already. I know it looks painful, but it feels good. One of my clients said “I imagine it’s what a dog or cat feels when your scratch their back, kind of invigorating!” You can add gua sha to any service with me, and it doesn’t always look like this, I’m just pale as hell. 😁 Facial gua sha is much more gentle and is used to help get the blood and lymph moving, just like body gua sha. I just use different tools and techniques. My favorite tool for this is a ceramic ramen spoon, although there are many alternatives. My last clients at 777 Jefferson were the perfect way to close out my time here. Between appointments, I snapped a quick picture out the back windows. I’ll have a new downtown view for Friday! As of January 10th, my massage studio will be located at the Railway Exchange Building 229 W Wisconsin Ave. 9th floor. My hours will be changing as well! Mondays 2-8 and Fridays 9-1. My booking site will stay the same, so you can continue to book online as you have been doing. Any gift cards you have purchased are still valid, they stay on your account and can be used at checkout time. The only things changing are hours and location, my massage and reiki sessions will remain the same! I look forward to seeing you at the new place ☺️
