We will have a job opening starting January 3rd for an experienced lead carpenter. The applicant must have at least 5 years of experience in the field though more is always better. They must have reliable transportation and their own tools. specialized tools will be provided. They should be experienced in all aspects of interior remodeling,ex. ceramic tile work, drywall finishing, painting, kitchen installation, ect.. Salary will be set based on skills and experience.

We will have a position for an experienced crew lead starting January 3rd. A minimum of 5 years experience is required though more is preferred. The applicant must be proficient in most aspects of interior remodeling, ex. drywall finishing, kitchen and bathroom installation, ceramic tile installation. Good people skills a must. They must have reliable transportation and their own tools. specialized tools such as tile saws, table saws will be provided. Salary will be based upon work performance and experience.

looking for a helper/mechanic, experience in residential remodeling is preferred but we are willing to train. reliable transportation required and we are a drug free company. you should have a basic set of tools(hammer, tape measure, square,etc...). this is very much a physical job so you should be ready to routinely lift 75lbs or more. pay will be based on your experience level

Another quality bathroom completed. We removed the old tub and constructed a 3'x5' walk in shower, complete with stone shower seat, floor to ceiling porcelain tile and a basket weave accent strip and floor, barn door style shower doors, and a custom recess niche. The old shower stall was removed and converted into a linen closet and a new 2 bowl vanity with center drawers and a stone top to finish things off. We were contracted by Stuart Kitchens inc. to do the install and the design work was done by Stuart Bunyea. As always it was a pleasure to work the folks over at Stuart Kitchens and the homeowner was a sweetheart and very easy to work with.

We are looking for a reliable carpenter helper. Experience not needed but preferred. The job will be primarily indoor work doing kitchens, bathrooms, basements, etc... Pay will be based on experience and work performance. Must have reliable transportation to the Rosedale area.

finished up on a very challenging kitchen job today. we dealt with all kinds of problems on this one, from multiple material delays, orders getting canceled, and wrong size cabinets being delivered and many more issues. in fact we are still waiting for some replacement doors and drawrt front and fillers for the crown molding. but in the end it turned out nice.

We have some exciting news!!! Franz Custom Remodeling is starting our own Youtube channel where we be showing some of the good, the bad, and the flat out dangerous things we encounter each day working in the field. We will also be posting themed multi part tutorials on some projects for those DIY'ers that would like to learn and try it for themselves. We hope to launch the channel within the next 30 days and will keep you all updated as we go. Feel free to suggest topics that you like to see a tutorial made on and we do our best to get those out to you!
