Workout Wednesday is here to motivate you with a new Weekly Challenge to build good habits:
Starting Sunday, February 11th, walk (or do a low-impact movement of choice) 30 minutes everyday!
This weekly challenge will "close" on the 17th. Those who attempt the challenge, come back to this post and let us know in the comments how you did!
Remember you can break up your 30 minutes however works best for you. Just keep moving! 💪

Our gym family suffered a tremendous loss a few weeks ago. We are all still wrapping our heads around what happened.
Needless to say, telling funny stories and recalling countless laughs is how we are going to remember Kara Fukala and keep her memory alive. Her energy, contagious laugh and liveliness will be forever missed!

Electrolytes play an important role in our body’s function. They help with cellular repair, muscle function, hydration levels and more!
If you are low in electrolytes you could feel muscle pains/cramps, suffer blood clots, and have a hard time regulating your fluids!
If you are working out hard or sweating a lot, you need to replenish your body with electrolytes!
A couple great options out there but I love ! They have many delicious flavors and varieties from sport tablets to daily hydration! Just add a tablet to your water and you’re good to go!
Don’t forget to talk to yourself like you would your best friend! The language you speak matters!
It’s time to celebrate our member Amanda! Since December 2021 she has lost over 100lbs! Two words to describe her journey - consistency and patience!
Mandie says she stopped worrying about the weight constantly going down. She has hit plateaus many times and doesn’t let them stop her because she knows she is doing everything right!
Oh yea and did we mention she did all this while going to nursing school AND raising 3 kids 🤯🤯🤯
