Graziano, our beloved owner, hails from the charming town of Conselve, Italy. At the young age of 24, he left this small town in Italy to pursue his dreams in America.

This past August, while visiting his homeland, Graziano was featured in an inspiring article by Nicola Benvenuti, a journalist for Il Gazzettino. The piece, titled "Da Conselve a Chicago: Il mio sogno americano” (From Conselve to Chicago: My American Dream) beautifully captures Graziano's journey.

We were honored to have Graziano interviewed and were thrilled when journalist Gabriele Pipia personally delivered a copy of the paper to him. It was a pleasure hosting Gabriele at Carlucci Rosemont, where he experienced firsthand the flavors of Italy right here in Rosemont.

“Wonderful business lunch with terrific service…We had a party of six for a business lunch today. Everything was perfect. The food was delicious and the service was excellent and entertaining. I loved my veal piccata. It was the best veal that I have had in years. We had the famous Grumpy as our waiter. He even brought me a black napkin, so I did not get lint on my black pants. I felt very special. I highly recommend Carlucci’s restaurant. Enjoy!!!”
