To our valued patrons, we are now taking pre-orders for Alduke's Lechon Belly in preparation for Thanksgiving Day. Pickup options are 9am, 12pm, 2:30pm, or 5pm. Choose from 4-5lbs, 8lbs, or 10lbs cooked sizes at $16/lb. Other menu items include Tuna Kinilaw, Sisig Rice, Dinuguan, Pork and Chicken BBQ, Empanada, Lumpia, and Buko Pandan. For the information to our valued customers. Just want to be transparent. Lechon belly 10lbs COOKED, the actual size of this when it’s uncooked is 14lbs. It will depreciate by 4lbs. Skin will be crispy, tender in the inside and very flavorful. For the whole Lechon if it’s live weight 90-100lbs. When it will be gutted and clean the weight will be 60-70lbs. We really valued our customers. ❤️🙏😊
