Part 3: Covid 19 can live on clothing and blankets for at least a few hours or maybe even days (Covid 19 lasts longest on hard, non-porous surfaces). More research is needed to find out how long Covid 19 can last on clothes and blankets. When you get home, remove outdoor clothing and wash your hands. If you don't go to removal to machine, make sure your laundry bag goes into the wash to. Wash items at the warmest possible temperature. Disinfect laundry baskets afterwards and wash your hands PROPERLY.

2nd part: Wear gloves everywhere EXCEPT in your home or in your vehicle. Keep those places extra clean. If you carry a purse, please think about minimizing what you carry with you and not carrying one right now. They are known to harbor germs. When near a sink and hand sanitizer, please choose the sink! You don't want to waste the hand sanitizer. Washing your hands PROPERLY is better for you.

Follow these five steps from the CDC.

1. Wet your hands with clean, running water (warm or cold), turn off the tap, and apply soap.
2. Lather your hands by rubbing them together with the soap. Lather the backs of your hands, between your fingers, and under your nails.
3. Scrub your hands for at least 20 seconds. Need a timer? Hum the “Happy Birthday” song from beginning to end twice.
4. Rinse your hands well under clean, running water.
5. Dry your hands using a clean towel or air dry them.

And please invest in water filtration pitchers.

Wear gloves everywhere you go. I bought gloves for my drivers last week that have polyurethane grip palm side and breathable nylon on the other side. Wash them like you are washing your hands, overnight to dry each night. Only touch your phone with bare clean hands. Wearing gloves, you are less likely to touch your face. I also bought hand sanitizer for all my drivers about 2 months ago. We are doing everything possible to follow World Health Organization (WHO) guidelines.
