"Brian showed up within the stated window of time. I thought my washer was broke - with timer not progressing. But he patiently walked me through the process and explained that my 18 year old Kenmore was performing normally and I wasn’t waiting long enough. Thinking I was going to spend hundreds on a repair or new appliance I was grateful to pay the service call to get reassurance it was fine. He took the panel off ad looked everything else over. I learned something about the machine, which I had recently inherited, by the easy-going way he walked me through the process. I’ll use A&E again and have recommended them to friends. I especially recommend Brian."

"We washed a s**g rug and plugged it with error codes. My wife's parents used A&E years ago. The reasonable service fee was applied to the repair. The tech BRIAN, 6 years at A&E, made the repair with a new pump motor. Still not working. He returned two more times to remove more s**g pieces! Two more at no cost to us. I give BRIAN a 10 as well as A&E. I HIGHLY recommend this employee and A&E. Thank you for persistence and a great job!"

"After unsuccessfully trying to get this job started (only one of the companies on Angle’s list bothered to call back-with an outrageous quote to just come out & another company I found from a friend never returned my calls), I was told to give A & E a try. At this point I had no expectations. I called on a Friday afternoon and had a service call set up for that Monday morning! On Monday, I received a call to say repairman was in route, he arrived and very quickly located the issue with my Whirlpool ice maker, then made a repair. Ordered an additional part that arrived just a few days later, and returned the very next day to make the install. Prompt, professional and courteous! Fair and reasonable pricing! My only regret is not knowing about them sooner! You won’t be disappointed!”

“He was on time and even called to let us know he was on his way. He went downstairs with my husband and he found the problem fixed it and explained everything he was doing with my husband. He was in and out in about 10-15 mins. He knows his stuff we will be using you guys if anything else breaks. Hopefully, we can request him to fix our appliances. Very very professional. You have a great business and employees.”

"Brian and Rick were at our house on 3 different occasions to service our stove, dishwasher and washer. When Brian fixed our stove, I asked him about my dishwasher. Another company told me it couldn’t be fixed because parts weren’t available. Brian took the initiative to inquire for me. A&E were able to get the part and Rick came to fix it. I was thrilled and grateful. When my washer went in the blink, I called again and Brian was able to troubleshoot it and got it going again! They are professional, kind, and amazing. My appliances are between 7-12 years old and they brought them back to life at an affordable

"Chose A&E based on customer reviews and was not disappointed. Easy to book our appointment and our service tech Brian was great. Called before arriving to let us know he was on his way, very patient as we asked questions and within a short time he was able
