This amazing couple took such great care of this home the past 11 years. If there was ever a country-like property to buy, this is the one you would want! They did everything right by cross-fencing the entire 5 acres, fencing in a backyard area so their dog could roam freely and not bother the donkeys, adding a water filtration system and softener, new exterior paint, and maintaining the home in many more ways. They are so sweet and kind-hearted that they made many repairs to the house specifically to leave it in great condition for the future buyers. It’s such a delight to work with kind people who give their home so much TLC and want nothing but the best for the next owners.
