This week the master is cooking! Tony is sharing his spicy pasta for us for our headline take out dinner on Friday. Will be done with a salad side. We will also have eggplant parm, by popular request. For those of you unfamiliar with Matriciana, it is a traditional Roman dish made with a thick pasta called buccatini. It is made smokey with pancetta, and it has onions and just enough hot pepper to give it a bit of a kick. (NOT knock your socks off spicy, just enough to know it's there!)
