We haven't talked much about steak tips, lately. Tony takes prime flat meat & cuts for steak tips. However, this same cut, trimmed and cut differently makes PERFECT steak teriyaki, quick steaks on the grill if trimmed as a piece, and also makes a terrific stir fry. RECENTLY THE NIGHTLY NEWS REPORTED HAMBURGER PRICES HAVE RISEN 15% since last year. NOT AT TONY'S. OUR PRICES FOR HAMBURGER ARE THE SAME AS LAST YEAR. In addition, you should know that our hamburger is made with higher rated beef, hand trimmed from in our store. Our store is both ISD AND USDA inspected, and when we make our hamburger patties, we use a specially licensed cryovacing process to seal in the flavor of the beef.
