“I don't have the right equipment 😕”This is one of the most common excuses I hear for not exercising.
You don't need fancy equipment to exercise. In fact, you can do a lot of exercises with just your bodyweight.

This is a video I took at the beginning of the pandemic, when we really did not have access to a training space or equipment.
Luckily there were many logs just sitting around in the park 🤔💡. And we really wanted to train. So we found a way!

What I am saying is start today. Try 20 bridges, like Christine. If you don’t have a 10feet log, that’s ok 😁, use a dumbbell or body weight is just fine. Try 3 sets of 20 reps.
Of course send me a picture or video, if you end up using a branch or a log 🪵

Quick reminder; nothing wrong with enjoying a drink or two on a Friday evening. In fact, I know you will enjoy them no matter what 😉. So we might as well plan a bit here! We know, you’ve been putting some effort into eating healthy this week, maybe even tracked consistently, which allowed you to lose some weight. That’s great! Now… you’ll be surprised how many calories are in that IPA or Appletini that you are ordering. Just out of curiosity add it in your food tracker. So you don’t completely waste all your week’s hard work, you could BUDGET YOUR CALORIES 😬. Add in your food tracker what you want to drink and eat when you go out, this way you can have a really light breakfast and lunch. You might still be over your calories but not enough to ruin your progress. Try this tonight and see if this strategy works for you!
