The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) raised their conforming loan limit by 5.56% to a maximum amount of $766,550 in 2024. In some areas, the limit is even higher. The new limits will take effect in 2024.

This means your buyers will have more flexibility (and possibly lower rates) when financing a higher priced home.
