What is Tai Chi?

Tai Chi known worldwide as Meditation in movement is a practice originated in China, which integrates body, mind and spirit and nourishes every part of our being.
This unification is what gives Tai Chi its widely recognized reputation as a discipline that help us maintain a healthy body and emotional and spiritual balance amidst the stresses of daily life.

Researchers have found that Tai Chi practice shows favorable effects on:
Decreased stress, anxiety and depression; Improves mood and mental health; Improves aerobic capacity; Increases energy and stamina; Improves flexibility, balance and agility; Improves muscle strength and definition; Enhance quality of sleep; Enhance the immune system; Helps lower blood pressure; Improves joint pain; Improves cardiovascular fitness and symptoms of congestive heart failure; Reduces risk of falls in older adults; Improves overall well-being.
