Lexi decided she wanted to recreate her favorite meal from Cabo, Papas Paisas. Our family friend and chef, Roberto, shared his recipe. We adapted it for the air fryer and it turned out fantastic! I think I know what Lexi’s next video is going to be!

Dr K’s kids are officially back in school! That means summer hours are over and Early Bird Hours are back by appointment only on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Wednesday our first appointment is at 9. Call today to schedule your back to school check up!

It’s summer in Georgia & it’s time for Georgia 🍑🍑es! Here’s one of our family’s favorites… cut ripe peaches into chunks, add basalmic vinegar & fresh basil… refrigerate for an about 20 minutes (or more if you can resist it that long!) & enjoy with dinner… some kiddos in our family think it’s dessert! 🍑

Time for some weekend R&R‼️
Last weekend was a busy one for all 3 of the Care More Chiropractic Doctors of Chiropractic …. Last Thursday was the Life University Alumni Association (LUAA), Student Engagement Dinner (SED)hosting over 100 guests! Dr. Claire, (CMC founder, retired DC), & current LUAA Vice President, served as chair & Dr. Kristen Welsh, committee member, was on stage introducing the keynote speaker, Dr. Daniel Bai. It was a fun, educational & super successful event!
Then all 3 docs flew to Dallas, TX for the ICA (International Chiropractors Association) convention, “Serving Those Who Served”. On Friday evening at the Awards Banquet, Dr. Stephen Welsh, (CMC Doctor of Chiropractic, retired) received the ICA Advocacy Award for his tireless work on behalf of the ICA (& patients everywhere) in the political arena. Then on Saturday, Dr. Kristen & Dr. Claire were on stage participating in the ICA panel presentation, “Same Story, 2 Perspectives”. Both Dr. John Maltby Sr. & Dr. Claire M. Welsh shared from their hearts the pride (& fears) of having their children, Dr. John Maltby II (Air Force veteran) & Dr. Kristen Welsh (veteran Captain in the Air Force) serving in the military & then their immense pride as they chose Chiropractic & continued serving their communities as Doctors of Chiropractic…a family legacy.
We are all super proud of our 3 Drs . Welsh! And we congratulate our friends, Dr. John Maltby Sr. on recieving the ICA Lifetime Achievement award & Dr. John Maltby II for his service both to our country & in the ICA Representative Assembly, as well as serving his community in Idaho. ❤️

NON-toxic DIY W**d Killer

1 qt white vinegar
2 T Dawn dish soap
1/4 cup salt

Put in 32 oz spray bottle and shake well. Spray w**ds thoroughly. Best if done on a sunny day. This works better than Round Up - kills w**ds on 1st application.
The Dawn dish soap strips the w**d of its protective oils so the vinegar can work with deadly force. Safe for use in yards used by children and pets.
