Big buckets make you work

Having a tight knit team is key to executing well and efficiently.

Each day, as we’re able, we cook breakfast and lunch on site and eat together as a team. It allows everyone to fellowship and strengthen the bond that helps us operate better together as a unit. For Five Forty, it gives us the opportunity to show appreciation for the hard work our teams put in every day. It might also result in some job applications. Who knows.

One of the core beliefs that defines Five Forty is that there’s honor in being blue collar.

Many on the outside don’t see it that way. In fact, much of society looks down on being blue collar.

Our goal is to change that perception. We believe that there is prestige in being blue collar and that nobility is at the core of that label.

The dirt world isn’t just buckets moving mud - it’s hard working men and women laying the groundwork for communities around the world. It takes ingenuity, leverages and creates cutting edge technology and continues to build the foundation for future generations.
