Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a variety of administrative duties, and will be able to work independently with little or no supervision
This person must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Quick Books, and well organized
2 years of administrative experience preferred
Excellent phone and personal skills
A positive team player with a can do attitude
Proficient computer skills
Must be reliable, responsible and honest

Responsibilities

Database input, billing, filing, managing e-mails
Professionally answering phones/directing calls/emails
Contacting clients and vendors about our services and scheduling site visits and appointments
Maintaining and updating office filing system
Providing general administrative support/other tasks as assigned
Pay: $18 - $22.00 per hour
Flexible part time schedule
