That's according to a new study by commercial real estate platform CommercialCafe.

Mortgage rates plunge to the lowest level in more than a year after weak employment report. Here in Texas we are once again attracting jobs duing a national economic downturn. Never know what to expect during these elections years. In any case, a rush is coming for Texas Real Estate. Prices are coming down, rates are coming down, jobs are coming, and optimism is in the air. Thesse are all the elements of a prosperous road ahead for Texas!
