Giving you an extreme closeup of our gorgeous, golden, hand breaded chicken today because it’s a classic bestseller for a reason. The mac and cheese and green beans aren’t too shabby either, if we do say so ourselves.

Did you know that we have several “bowls” to choose from? Highlighted here are our Mediterranean bowls, which contain tons of goodness! Over a base of healthy quinoa, we add roasted tomatoes, zucchini, mushrooms, onions, and beautifully seasoned chicken, then top it all off with delicious feta. We can build these individually, or send them to you buffet style. Whichever you choose, they are sure to make tummies everywhere super happy!

Close to 300 pounds of turkey, 100 pounds of roasted sweet potatoes (then turned into casseroles with praline pecan topping), dozens of pies, and too many other things to list. This is what our rock star staff - Sheila, Mikah, Kevin, Kyle and Megan have worked through over the last 2 days. We’ve served 300 corporate meals and more than a dozen families in the last 48 hours.
These 5 are truly ROCK STARS and we are incredibly grateful that they are part of the What’s For Lunch team. We’re thankful for many things this year, and the 5 people are at the top of the list.
