SUNDEK of Austin collaborated with a commercial landscaping company during the planning stages of the TRACE residential community in San Marcos. They installed Classic Texture, a slip-resistant concrete coating, for the pool deck, offering safety and comfort for barefoot pool-goers. The choice of Pewter Gray for the pool deck color helped maintain a cool surface in hot weather. For the cabana area, SUNDEK used SunAcid stain to create a unique, two-color design with Penny and Whiskey shades, enhancing the aesthetics of the 2,700 square-foot patio. Overall, SUNDEK of Austin's expertise added beauty and functionality to TRACE's community spaces.

In Georgetown, Texas, at the highest point in Williamson County, there is a stunning 40-acre property with views of the sunsets and the lights of Round Rock in the distance. When the current owner acquired the property, he envisioned transforming it into an exceptional venue for weddings and other events. To bring his vision for the space, now known as Celebrino Event Center, to life, he needed to enhance the existing concrete surfaces. This is where SUNDEK of Austin provided assistance.
