This month, we are featuring what life is like for Dr. Veronica Pedro outside our clinic.
Dr. Pedro is an extremely accomplished orthopedic hand surgeon at The Center for Bone & Joint Surgery. Outside the clinic, she loves spending time with her husband, Kirk, whom she has been happily married to for 31 years. Their only son began college last month at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. (Go Badgers!) Although Dr. Pedro and Kirk miss their son like crazy, they have three cats to keep them company and try to stay occupied by reading and cooking. They also love attending the local Sunday polo match during the season with friends.

Outside of being an IBM executive, Yvette spends her time jumping horses and racing motorcycles, which have led to a handful of accidents over the years. Dr. Robert Lins is a Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon with Fellowship Training in both spine and hand surgery. Outside of work at the Center for Bone & Joint Surgery, Dr. Lins enjoys spending time with his family at the beach, golfing, dining, and attending sporting events. He speaks Spanish and English, is a former national swimming champion, and is also a licensed pilot.

Today is National Scrabble Day! Our staff celebrated by playing our own version of Scrabble. Each person got a letter and the longest word they created was "reconsiderations"!

Dr. Panchal presented at a seniors facility last week and the turnout was fantastic. We appreciate all of those who attended!
