Making 3 more half-gallon jars of the best-tasting crispy spicy dill lacto-fermented pickles. This is a total now of 5 1/2 gallons.

Bigger tomatoes on our table! Lots of nice veggies! Okra is here! This one tomato weighs 1 lb 3 oz.

There was a local gentleman who stopped by this morning for a couple lbs. of green beans and I said that I would have to check. We sold everything we had yesterday but I did go check just now and was able to get 2 lbs for you if you still want them. I will hold them for you. Thank you!

Starting the process of homemade kraut with our cabbages. I used the antique mandolin that we've had for 20 years. Now have to wait 5 to 6 weeks to be ready! 5 gallon bucket is full!

Picked lots of green beans this morning since 5:30. Available on our table! Fresh broccoli just cut and more goodies!

I started a jar of honey fermented jalapeños a week ago and eating on our second gallon jar from last year. These are the best way for me to fix jalapeño peppers. They are so delicious! The ones in the spoon are from last year.

Amazing most natural lacto-fermented cucumbers and okra with only water, salt, garlic and dill and the veggies! Full of probiotics and healthy for your gut and delicious! Oh, I did put cayenne pepper in them to make them spicy.

Finally got some tomatoes to put on the table! $3 lb.

Picked a bunch of nice green beans today!

Picked several heads of cabbage and broccoli just now. We have cucumbers, yellow squash, zucchinis and onions. Next picking of green beans will be Tuesday. No tomatoes yet. We're just picking a handful and those are eaten right away! Lol

With lots of squash and zucchinis, I canned some Pineapple Zucchini and it is delicious!

Made a big batch of cole slaw with cabbages and sweet onions from our garden.

We have a nice patch of cabbages, broccoli, cauliflower, and Brussel sprouts! Just freshly cut this morning! We are starting to sell our cucumbers as we can. They go pretty fast here! More cabbage will be available next week!

Just picked more green beans this morning added to our other produce! These don't last long on our table!

Just picked more squashes and now have the best broccoli ever from our garden available for sale! The big pan full is for broccoli/cauliflower salad that is so delicious! Stop by our stand!
