'Twas the Night before Christmas...❤️
Our Christmas Chapel service at the Louisiana Methodist Children's Home was a night to remember! We gathered togehter for campus-wide, staff-led worship and a special Christmas message from Reverend Beth. After the service, each child received a personalized stocking with all of their favorite things!😊

A Very Merry KD Christmas💚
Oh, what fun it has been to celebrate the season alongside Kappa Delta Sorority - Alpha Chi Chapter!🎄These ladies have been a HUGE help in spreading holiday cheer across our Ruston campus. They've made sweet Christmas cards for our kids, donated Angel Tree gifts, and assisted with our Honor Card program.😊
This organization goes above and beyond for our mission, and we are SO grateful for their support during the busiest time of year. Merry Christmas, Kappa Delta!🤩
"I have seen myself grow and change in ways I didn't even think was possible."
Former youth "Jackson" recently shared his "Speech of Change" with his peers and our staff before he left the Louisiana Methodist Children's Home. His moving testimony proves that hope and healing are happening here!
"I remember the person I was about a year ago...confused, anxious, depressed. But today, I am a different person. This change didn't happen overnight, it was a long process. But with each challenge, I grew stronger. I became more resilient. I am proud of the person I have become. I am proud of the changes I've made. But I know this is just the beginning."
Jackson closes his speech by thanking everyone involved in his journey—and this extends to YOU! Supporting our mission enables kids like him to overcome obstacles and experience life transformation.

"I don't hate Christmas. I have just never did it."
"Conner" is a 15-year-old boy at the Louisiana Methodist Children's Home who has never experienced a true Christmas. But he's in for a sweet surprise this year!
The giddiness of waking up on Christmas morning and opening presents with family is an experience all children should enjoy. Childhood memories of Christmas magic last a lifetime—and passing along the wonder to our kids brings us great joy! Realistically, many youth in our care have grown up without fond memories of Christmas. Some kids, like Conner, have never celebrated Christmas at all. With your support, our organization blesses youth in our care with a holiday FULL of special memories that they'll never forget!
Nothing compares to the looks on their faces on Christmas morning as laughter, squeals, and shouts of excitement fill the room. You're only a child once, and we believe in restoring precious memories to our boys and girls while they're with us.
Louisiana's children deserve our very best. Join us in standing with them by !
