Policies and Payment Terms

Thank you for visiting &Milk! We can't wait to help you celebrate your special occasion with our tasty treats. Please look at the following policies and payment terms. By placing an order with &Milk, you will be deemed to have agreed to these policies and terms.

1. $50 a dozen. Each dozen can have up to three different designs with maximum 5 colors total. Of you'd like more designs or more colors, we can discuss pricing. Money must be paid in advance. If the order is canceled over 7 days in advance, a half refund will be issued. If the order is canceled 7 days or less from the agreed upon date, no refund will be issued. I only accept 1-2 orders a week. If you place a rush order less than three days from the event, the cost will be $75 a dozen. Pick up will be at my home in Sachse. These will not be individually wrapped.

2. Dates: Please get your order in as soon as possible so we can make sure we have time on our calendar for you! Orders may be placed via FB Messenger.

3. Order confirmation: Your order is NOT confirmed until full payment is received. We accept Venmo or Zelle. We will make special arrangements for cash payments if you contact us through messenger. Once payment is received, you will be placed on our calendar and we will send you a confirmation message. Because of high demand, we require payment within 24 hours of your request. If not received, we will give the time slot to the next person on the wait list. If there is no one on the wait list, you can still pay at the soonest possible time, but you won't be confirmed until then.

4. Because we have a busy schedule and this is our second job, pickup times are very important and we trust that customers will abide by pickup times.
