HEY everyone. This Omnicron has a lot of people worried, me included. I will be taking a hiatus from doing Pop-ups and kitchen takeovers.

The Cafe I was working with has service issues with plumbing and stuff and I thought about doing it from my house again.

This surge tho.

Pop-Up will return soon as the surge goes down.

I want to keep doing my thing and sling this good grub but I do not want to have a place that will possibly transmit anything during a surge. Apologies to loyal and steadfast clients that always show up for my food.

Been a while,

This Sunday!! The relaunch of Soul Food Sundays Sacramento Chapter.

Green Gumbo with Chicken, Shrimp, and a Halal/kosher Non-pork sausage, (Andouille). With a mix of collard and turnip greens.

Two of my favorite things make a great combination in this big pot recipe. Greens and Gumbo. Green Gumbo Will be served with Rice.

Ital Vegan root vegetable stew will also be available for vegetarians and vegans.

Enough people wish for the black eye pea HUmmus I will also make that. Let me know if you'll want the hummus??

Family Style multi-serving deals are possible with a conversation. I will be pricing the Green Gumbo at $12.00 dollars a plate and Ital Vegan Stew at $10.00.
