DAY 60.
8th Cycle of my arm workout and it has started to keep that pump stable until the next cycle.
Crossfit workout really helps to keep it stable. Did almost eight workout excercises for the running cycles in supersets.
DIET Content is still the same.
Chiken is best thing to get the pump outta body.
Arms workout is my favourite.

It was an energetic workout session after three days. Last workout was Chest-tri but while doing skull crusher I got a sprain in my upper back. 3 days for getting normal but the session today was so energetic, we trained almost 3 pair of muscle but still not drained totally. It was all because of having Mausambi juice ( Satthukudi ). Gained around 6kgs in almost 57 days.
P.S - Making sure that I take aleast a juice if I dont get time to eat.

So, It was another good day at gym.
54 days into it and it started turning my body into an atheletic aesthetic.
It was good Chest-Tricep workout.
For energy I had a large cup of juice.
Pineapple keeps the body energetic while lifting heavy weighs upto 50 lbs.
This trick was told by the encyclopedia of my trainer back there in kolkata.

Achieved it soon.
In a month time it was really tough for me to lift weights.
But the consistency showed me the best result.
Bicep size - 14'
Chest size - 35'
Waist size - 30'
P.s - Trained my musle twice a week. Gained around 4kgs.
Smoking is almost 1 stick a day.
No such proteins rather than Juices.
The habit of smoking has came down for me but still I do it in manner that it should no affect me when I workout. For the people who has the smoking habit can smoke a stick but keep a note that working out I'm after smoking can lead you to getting drained totally . So I would advise to workout after two hours of the last exhale.

DAY 47
Its really good when you see yourself in confidence.
People pi**ed me off back when I was in my college 3rd year that you are getting lean.
From 51kg to now I am 60kgs.
They told me eat alot you'll gain some weight all bu****it. Taking a correct amount of protein intake is much more enough. Eating a lot takes up to the belly fat. My diet is very basic and I spend on my Juices not on protein shakes.
(P.S Juices not Protein shakes).
BTW its Just a pump for my shoulders, It will be soon a muscle for me too.

Now Future looks good.
Working out with a crossfit routine helped me gain 10 pounds in 45days.
It took me hell lotta time to give up on my smoking still I do it sometimes.
Never thought that I would gain my old muscle weight this soon. I totally gave up on my gym. I must say that gaining educational skill with wrong habits is not worthy.
Try to fit in a disciplined routine will let you overcome the other barriers.
