The four-story, 51-unit multifamily project welcomed residents earlier this summer. With a mix of lofts, one-bed, and two-bed units, the apartment complex features beautiful views of downtown Sacramento and the R Street District.

Congrats to PM Chris Armendariz, PEs Adam Gong and Jake Blankemeier, and Superintendent Josh Cornell for completing Luella. 🥳

Another month, another milestone at Tower Broadway!

Earlier in August, the M1B self perform crew poured out the remainder of the podium deck, adding over 7,600 sqft of concrete. The podium now totals 14,600 sqft. Next up, steel and framing.

The Homewood Mountain Resort Residences continue to progress!

Roofs have been completed on three of the seven homes, while installation continues on the other four. Drywall and interior paint have also begun.

We had a blast sponsoring last night's Golf & Guitars! All proceeds benefitted the Morton Golf Foundation, which funds outdoor recreational activities for the youth, adaptive, and under-served communities in Sacramento.

Another successful concrete pour at Tower Broadway! Last week, the MarketOne self perform team completed three slabs, totaling 10,500 square feet. The project site is just under an acre and the future home of a five-story mixed-use complex. Let's go, Tower Broadway!

Our West Sacramento multifamily project, Washington Commons, is gearing up to be move-in ready. The 35-unit cohousing project features 4,000 square feet of common spaces, including a communal kitchen area to help create a greater sense of community.
