The death portal has been wide open these past few weeks. Beloveds moving into our eternal resting place visited with us. The messages were clear. You don’t need a medium to connect. It’s within each of us.

The first time I pulled the peacock card for myself was shortly after getting a peacock feather tattooed on my forearm. Next to the word surrender as a reminder to let go of control. As if I ever had any control anyway. It’s just that little bit of fear popping up inside us that makes us think we need control. But truly, nothing was ever under control. It’s an illusion.

Last weekend, I held sacred space for several mamas. For each one of them, the peacock card showed herself. So mamas, get out there and let your beauty shine, shake your tail feather and let your true colors show that other may be inspired by you to let their naturally exquisite features shine as well! 🦚✨🌈💃🏻

Last weekend I had the opportunity to hold space during intuitive readings for several amazing humans. I just want to take a moment to give gratitude for your trust in me with your precious and delicate journey. I’ve lit the promised candles for you and I will continue to hold space for the best outcome for your highest good.

I was inspired to water the garden this morning in spite of how smokey our air is from the current Tahoe fire. When I found this perfect butterfly specimen on the ground I knew why. Thank you, spirit.

When every step you take feels like an incredible resilience during this journey we are on together. Sometimes you have to pause and give gratitude for your ability to keep moving forward. ❤️🙏🏼🌀

Life hack. While traveling always bring a bag of peppermint tea. You never know when your kid may microwave a chocolate croissant too long naturally causing a small fire. You’ll want to make peppermint tea in that microwave real quickly to help squelch the smell.

When Allyson Felix became pregnant, Nike was prepared to cut the terms of Felix's endorsement by as much as 70% due to the pregnancy, and told her to “know your place and just run.” 🤯

Amid all of this, she was forced to have an emergency c-section seven months into her pregnancy because of a potentially life-threatening condition and her baby had to live for more than a month in the NICU. But two years later she’s qualified for her fifth Olympics with her daughter watching.

Felix dropped Nike and created her own brand of running shoes, the Saysh One. She is currently running in the Olympics in Japan wearing them under the banner “I Know My Place”. 😏

With 11 medals now, she passed Carl Lewis this summer for the most track and field medals by an American in history!

Yesterday was a serendipitous day. After an incredibly moving coaching session I was to meet a beloved for brunch. They couldn't make it. Fortunately I have more than one beloved in Elk Grove.

My sister and I ended up at this fabulous coffee house. We became fast friends with this lovely pair of women who fell in love with my nephew, Hank, he's the cutest four legged hunk of muscle and wagging tail you have every seen (don't tell my dogs).

We sat with these new bffs for probably two hours reading cards and sharing life stories and networking. And when I got home and followed Savvy's social media platforms I saw this tragic news.

We must pull together and save this place. The drinks, the food, gah. The avocado toast was exquisite, and plentiful enough to share! The humans were of such big hearts. The community they build anchoring in their energy in this location, beyond. Donate what you can friends. Put your money where your values are.

Summer is already bringing its intensity to our region! A reminder that we are 4 weeks out from the first summer camp session! If you haven’t registered- now is the time!
We will be cooking, we will be bringing ourselves into our bodies with yoga and we will be exploring multiple art projects with a goal of skill building- process over product!
Teen week is set aside specifically for those 13-18 year olds to gain skills that will bring them into independent living with a bit more grace and ease!
And our first ever week for the littles will be gaining confidence in the kitchen, and utilizing gross motor skills in creative work- giving them the opportunities success and building groundwork for more intricate techniques when their hands fully develop!
As always, if you are in need of scholarship- please indicate on your registration form so we can do our best to meet your family’s needs!

Ooohhh. Yes. Time to take personal responsibility for my role in creating a lifetime’s worth of resentment in half the time. I always was an over achiever!

May we learn to be nourished by the love we give without using it to justify imbalanced relationships that only deplete your energy. May you love yourself more, not less, no matter how much more you wish to be seen by those who only have less to give.

I can read this so many ways. I don’t think I grew up seeing anyone I knew who truly loved themselves.

And by that lack of self love, they did their best to give me love from a place of self doubt. Which of course taught me to do the same.

I think I’ve finally reached that point in my life where I’ve figured out what loving me looks like. While my ex*****on may not always be perfect, everyday I give myself a little more.

Hoping I will not only show my children how to be loved, but how to love themselves. 🙏🏼❤️
