Last week, River City Bank's Rosa Cucicea, Taylor Ost-Ousley, and Casey McLaughlin attended the 2024 CleanStart Progress Report. The discussion centered on the advancement of cleantech in the area and the potential for collaboration among clean tech startups for mutual success.

KidsFirst, a non-profit organization, has supported children and families in the local community for 35 years.

River City Bank's Commercial Banking Team completed financing for a client totaling $21.5 million that included: a $10 million two-year ABL line of credit; a $1 million equipment line; and a $10.5 million 10-year owner-occupied CRE loan secured by the company's headquarters, a 156,000+ square foot building located in El Dorado Hills, CA.

The loan also allowed the owner to take out some cash with the refinance. River City Bank handled the entire banking relationship, including all cash management and SBLCs—a tip of the cap to RCB's commercial banking team for getting this over the finish line.
