SF Decorator Showcase 2024 was full of inspiration! Here I am admiring the work of Marsh and Clark in the bathroom they designed called a Vaulted Jewel. The 11,000 square foot 125 year old house on Billionaires Row was pure eye candy all around!

A collaboration today between the general contractor, the superintendent, the electrician and myself along with Ayka (not pictured) on a new commercial building. We (designers) got involved a few months ago, hired for furnishings, art, and more. Now that we are on board to make this new space amazing, we are making changes to some of the areas to accommodate our furniture plan, Tableaux Grills, lighting, etc. It’s normal to have changes as the project progress. It’s all good and we even had a few laughs! We just know it’s going to be awesome once completed! 😄🙌

How about some beautiful, deep green, and a soft, creamy white for a change? Master bathroom remodel in the works. On a side note, this is my 4th set of clients on the same street in Loomis which is one of my favorite areas. 🌳 Very blessed to have great referrals from one house to the next.

Very accurate description about High Point!

It’s a wrap! Finally made it to High Point, North Carolina where this town began being a furniture industry in the 1890’s. It is known now as the largest furniture market in the world! With over a thousand vendors and 1 million sq feet of showrooms, it’s impossible to see it all! I can finally check this off my “designer” bucket list and will definitely be back!

Awesome time with these fab designers and owners of Waterstone Faucets! My new go to faucet line!

An unused and undecorated living room is now complete with seating, cocktail table for my client to play board games with his two girls or have a conversation with friends, along with a bookcase to showcase his fathers published photography books. Also incorporated his original piece of English traditional art. We brought in greenery and accessories to compliment his antiques from various travels. Swipe 4 times to see the before!

A classic sheer traversing drapery is timeless, and todays sheers come in a wide range of sheer choices and also what’s awesome is the rod companies are finally making smaller traversing rods to give a more transitional look. These are custom draperies and fit like a glove. 😄 No readymade draperies would fit to the ground so perfectly nor open and close so smoothly. Also, this home had multiple windows in addition to this French door so we repeated this exact traversing drapery treatment throughout. Client told me yesterday, she loves them! 😍 That’s music to our ears!! 🥂

Fun education night at Natural Stone gallery. We learned a lot about what’s new in natural stone, quartz and porcelain slabs. Also learned about a very cool product that can reverse stains on marble. Yes, you read that right! 🤩 One of the speakers was from Italy talking about how they’re able to source rare slabs from all over the world now with new technology. This allows for more unique slabs, which is music to a designer‘s ear! 💃 A slab called Patagonia from Mother Nature is apparently 350 to 500 million years old! Wow!! 😳

Full house remodel happening. All 4 bathroom tiles and counters selected in 2 appts! The shower wall, shampoo niche, pan (shower floor), main floor tiles, accent, trim pieces and even grout’s all selected in 2 - 2 hour appts. This is how we do it! And thanks to 🎉 Client was ecstatic!

Fun night with Sacramento design peeps seeing all the beautiful surfaces at thx too for amazing food and 🥂! 😀

Last weekend in Monterey with two old besties (missing a few others here). My husband and I are having a big anniversary (30) coming up Tues. and I am fortunate to have remained friends with all my bridesmaids from back then! Feel very blessed.

Accents of blue are calming and exude feelings of tranquility.🌀 Our clients are still loving and requesting them too! This family room originally had a heavy red over stuffed sofa. We made the room light and airy with an off white semi custom sofa with Crypton Fabric, which is soil resistant.🛋

We are loving these new baskets that just arrived at the studio from our recent trip to the Las Vegas market! They add so much texture and you can use them to put blankets, towels, toys, and more. They fill empty corners in a space that need just a little something else. So useful and so cute!💛

This master bedroom remodel was a complete remodel with new wood flooring replacing carpet, paint, fireplace stone, new headboard, bedding, art, lamps, area rug, bench and even a custom tree. The clients wanted to keep their nightstands and dresser they had previously but with all of these updates, we gave those vintage 3 pieces a fresh new look!🛏🪴Swipe through photos to see the before!
