The Senior service technician installs, repairs, and maintains equipment in commercial locations.

HVAC Sr. Technician Duties and Responsibilities

· Responding to Customer Service Requests (service calls)

· Inspect current HVAC systems for effectiveness and safety

· Perform repairs and routine maintenance

· Diagnose and repair issues related to system performance and failure

Additional Responsibilities

· Utilization of company web-based software system for signatures and job closures.

· Continuous communication skills Service Coordinator

· Maintain accurate inventory of all equipment and HVAC resources

· Maintaining current vehicle inventory, cleanliness and maintenance

· Participate in ongoing training and meetings.

· Take Pride in your work, provide the highest level of customer service

· Represent our Company with a clean image

HVAC Sr. Technician Requirements and Qualifications

· Must be able to lift at least 70 lbs.

· Must be able and willing to climb ladders.

· Current Universal EPA Certification required

· Light / Medium commercial experience

· Proficient with manual and power tools

· Minimum 4-10 years’ experience in commercial HVAC

· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
