Happy Women's History Month and belated Women's Day 2024! We're proud of our many amazing female staff members at the home (and remote) offices, the distribution center, decoration facility and all our store branches! We appreciate their focus, their hard-won expertise and their endless collaboration. They're a true inspiration to entire team.

In celebration of Black History Month 2024, we'd like to highlight the remarkable life of Mary Jane Patterson, who was the first African-American woman to receive a B.A., in 1862, later serving as an accomplished teacher and principal herself. She became known for pioneering black education by opening doors for other black female educators. We acknowledge the hard work and efforts of those scholars like Mary Jane who have created more opportunity for equality in our schools!
