Part Two of my Investigative Series: STOPPED aired Thursday night. After uncovering who was pulled over most often by law enforcement in California, we sought to find out how the state was addressing the disparities. I also spoke to the law enforcement agency who disagrees with the way the data is being compiled.

The latest report not only collected statewide data, but for the first time, it also collected data from more than 500 agencies across the state.
