Seize the moment, create your own farm area, that meets your specific real estate goals. Create a specific property list that meets your goals and start speaking to sellers NOW.

Email, phone and letters. Did I mention the “phone”. This is Peter’s favorite tool and his most important one.

Learn to create “your” farm area. What area has what “YOU” want as an investor. Know your farm and “own” it. What type of properties? Single family, duplex, four plex or multi-unit? Flip, Wholesale or Hold? Create this purposefully and be specific. At this event you will learn:

• Why and how to select a farm area, create an exciting list, on purpose.
• To contact sellers and have relevant dialog, follow up and CREATE deals.
