When you have the skills and the tools all that’s needed is courage to be a hero, it was police, ambulance, firefighters, line workers and tree workers that cleared the roads, lifted trees off cars and houses and got you safely home or out of harms way. Thank you to my tree heroes at for teaching me that life isn’t about weathering storms it’s about learning to dance in the rain

I have been studying fungi for over twenty years, tucking in my chin, biting down and locking horns then digging deep into my bag of solutions and taking each set back personally using my failures to motivate the battle I started in my youth… it wasn’t until I saw the beauty and discovered my respect for the sophistication of pathogens that I began to truly understand mycology. I can keep this tree alive and have minimal risk of failure by reducing potential targets. And inviting every cell in this old oak to join me in the dance we will do create balance and survive for years to come

Learning a lot about the trees on Victoria island BC, we will be coming home with a better understanding of some species as they differ by region, and a couple additional tools for preservation.

We promote internally and we are currently opening satellite yards. There is a lot of potential for promotion and growth for those that want to be the best. all of our management started in the field and we have three years of work backlogged, that continues to grow. The right applicant will always have 40+hours a week plus safety incentive’s and training for all TCIA and ISA certifications. We provide weekly classroom lessons on all things arboriculture taught by Board Certified Master Arborist Gabe Beeler, guest speakers and private training from some of the best educators in the industry as well as offsite tree boot camps. We need experienced people looking for a long term home to grow with science minded family of arborist.

This Camphor eighteen months ago had tip die back from a water borne fungus that restricts the movement of water from vessel to vessel, soil and tissue samples were brought to the heroes at meadoview lab and after root rejuvenation and a sequence of custom fertilizers were applied this tree is thriving.
