Day 4️⃣ of the Davitto Leadership Academy🚀

Theme of today: Internships & professional development 💚

DLA scholars participated in a friendly competition of trivia where they had to answer a set a of questions reviewing things they’ve learned all week🤩

After scholars got a visit from our amazing community partners where they highlighted opportunities for youth to intern and get involved professionally.

🚀Today the DLA fam discussed all things LEGACY🔋✅

•Started off the day with our typical “Play” & did a full body tic tac toe competition 😁 which team Superstars took home the “W” against the Freedom Riders 🏆 DLA scholars learned how to effectively work together to accomplish their shared vision 🔎👓

•After we “Connected” back indoors and “Learned” about ALL THINGS Legacy; tying it all back to Juneteenth, our LifeWork books (creating goals), a 4 corners activity where they chose what they believed in, Mastermind a critical thinking game, and ended the day with our circle of Affirmations ✨🤗

In today’s Davitto Leadership Academy scholars learned about entrepreneurship & reflected on habits that are stopping them from becoming the best version of themselves🔋

Shoutout to our amazing speaker Miss Angela who came in and taught these Champions about all things youth excellence & entrepreneurship 🦾

Super excited to announce the relaunch of our Davitto Leadership Academy (DLA)🤩🚀

Today was the very first day of our week long training and the youth did an awesome job at learning about ALL things leadership✨📝✏️

We are so proud & and can’t wait to see this 3rd cohort of amazing leaders strive to continue to get better @ getting better, improve their life circumstances, and evolve from where they are now to where they hope to be in the near future❤️
