We are so happy to have you join us for our show :)

If this is your first time being a part of a Rock Mama live sale, here are a few simple guidelines that will help you participate in the show:

1) If you are shopping with us on Facebook, please comment the word “Register” in the comment section. You will receive a Facebook message with a link that redirects you to the Comment Sold platform, where you can register for our lives. THIS IS IMPORTANT - If you do not register through Comment Sold, you will not be able to stack items in your cart throughout the show. Once you’re signed up, return to the Facebook comment section to comment the word “Live” as well in order to receive weekly reminders about our show – we are here every Thursday night at 6PM PST!
2) You have the option of viewing live sales in the ‘Rock Mama Gallery’ app – available through the Apple App Store and Google Play. When shopping through the app, you will not need to comment to claim, and can instead tap to add items to your cart! You will also be able to view live sale replays and peruse featured items from our most recent shows. We have received TONS of positive feedback about the app, and highly recommend it as our most seamless viewing experience!
3) If you prefer to participate through another platform, our live sales are also viewable on Instagram and the Comment Sold web store, where regular comment to claim guidelines will apply.
4) If you are joining us through any platform that is NOT our app, claims are registered through your comments. Comment Sold requires all comments to claim to be formatted the same way. To claim an item you are interested in, you always begin with the word “Sold,” followed by a space and then the item number. For example, if you are interested in claiming item 100, you will comment “Sold 100.” For some items, we offer variant options, which are usually designated by letters A-Z. For example, item 101 may have three different variants. If you are interested in variant A, you will comment “Sold 101 A,” in order to claim. If you are the first to comment to claim an item, it will be added to your cart!
5) If you comment to claim an item but that item has already sold out, you will receive a notification that you have been added to our Waitlist. This can be a great thing! If someone removes a previously claimed item from their cart, it will fall into the cart of the next person on the waitlist. If that’s you, you will receive a notification that the item has fallen into your cart and you will have a three hour window to purchase it before it moves into the next cart on the waitlist!
6) Every week, we do a drawing for one SHOWSTOPPER item at 50% off!!! To enter the drawing, you must comment the weekly keyword at ANY point during the live sale. At the end of the show, we will draw a name for our winner  You must be present at the time of the drawing to claim the offer.
