Our Story

Thank you for stopping by our page! As the new owners and managers of Arden Town, we are committed to making a great place to live - a place that provides value and a great home.

We are located a couple miles past the Arden mall, directly on Arden Way. We are really centrally located in between all the major freeways, and close to everything. Our complex is much bigger than it looks from the outside. We have three buildings consisting of 81 units. We have both 1 bedroom, and 2 bedroom apartments. All units are one bath. Many of our units have large patios, some balconies, and some have neither. Our apartments are large compared to other complexes in the area. Our patios are *very* large compared to other complexes. In fact, some of our patios are bigger than house back yards!! For those without yards, we have a herb garden, community garden, and two BBQ areas on either side of the complex.

Our complex is gated with the newest technology. Not only do we have high tech gates that can tell the difference between a person and a car, we also have lots of security cameras. We take our customers security and privacy seriously.

We do credit and background check on all tenants. We require 600+ Experian, good rental history, 1 year of solid work history, 3 paystubs over one year. We do not accept evictions or convictions as allowed by California law. We do accept small dogs and indoor cats with pet deposit and pet addendum.
