The Womxn’s Leadership Luncheon at Saginaw Valley State University is an annual event that takes place in March, honoring National Women's History month. The luncheon strives to inspire attendees to believe in themselves as leaders and to use their gifts and talents to create positive change in their communities. As a result of the luncheon, relationships are formed and strengthened between all womxn. The goal is to educate, empower and recognize unique leadership qualities of womxn throughout our communities.
Every year a different theme or focus is chosen. This year, the focus of the 2023 Women's Leadership Luncheon celebrates the theme “Celebrating Women Who Tell Our Stories.” Knowledgeable SVSU leaders enrich the event by sharing their story in hopes of inspiring the audience. These events empower our guests to become more effective leaders within their communities. The Womxn's History Month celebration will begin with a social gathering, followed by lunch, and a panelist.
