2015 Ford Transit 150 equipped with a 6R80.
Customer complaint was slipping.
Further diagnosis showed no Fourth, Fifth or Sixth Gears.
Transmission disassembly found stripped splines in the planetary gear set.
Customer Complaint:
Rattle noise in gear.
Found it!!

2015 Lincoln equipped with a 6F35 that quit moving because the filter filled up with chunks of the plastic chain cover that got eaten by the chain.

We also have five work days left for the rest of this year so here’s a pic of the five transmissions tore down in the shop right now.
We are very thankful for the busiest year to date but we need a break! So after Friday 12/23/22 we will see you next year!!!
