Smoothie Sunday! Great fiber, fat, filling, energizing, healthy breakfast. I used 1 whole avocado 🥑-fresh blueberries 🫐 strawberries 🍓-pineapple-frozen berry mix-coconut milk-vitamin D drops-a sprinkle of fresh basil. So refreshing and detoxing. This should give us energy for our bike ride then yoga.

Love the feeling of stopping time. When I am meditating on my yoga mat nothing else matters-not the past, not the future, only right now in this moment.

Practicing yoga at home is so gratifying and peaceful. I miss my beach yoga classes and will be offering private groups at your home or also public virtual classes. yes I did yoga with my app by the tree this morning to start my day-this gave me energy and vitality. 🌟 let me know when you are ready to host a private 1 on 1 or group class in your space.
