We are looking for a "Go-Getter" to join our team! Someone who has knowledge of commercial construction. Must be open to learning and executing new responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
-Taking minutes in weekly meetings.
-Ordering material
-Check and answer emails daily
-Communicate between developers, architects, and all staff
-Fill out contracts, manage hours for employees
-Maintain an organized workspace

Qualifications:
-Must have at least one year of experience in fieldwork on a construction site and at least six months in construction administration
-Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Must be able to multitask
-Must have excellent time management
-Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe
-Must know how to scan and send emails with attachments
