The difference in a generation, a few years, a perspective is amazing. The world was once flat and also analog. It all changed in the span of one generation.

Not sure where or who this quote originated from but I heard it today and it’s great. Time to grow.

A good leader and a good system will change everything. Just look at QB's and NFL coaches.

I like to use money, only cuz people can use it how they want and it’s so coveted in our society. It’s used as a measuring stick. So why not use it.

Great leaders don’t f$ck around. They take care of problems as fast as they can. -
I’ve seen so many good leaders just stop what they are doing to fix a problem, help someone out, or find information for a team member.

Mindset is key. And emotion is key. Both need to be in check in the beginning.

Think about that for a second. Leaders don’t give a s**t if a new guy comes in. They look at it as a way up, not out. Teach the new guy what I know while I learn other parts of the business.

Here are the reason why you need coverage.

I once had an agent ask a customer while pointing to his wife “Would you rather take care of your wife when you’re dead, or the next guy that comes along?”

As a leader, Time is duplicatable, but first we must know what the value of our time is. How much do we want our time to be worth? $10, $100, a $1000 or even $10,000 per hour.
