Being that Bravo is very largely a DIY operation, we always loved to find our needs fulfilled there, another family owned local business.

Take, for example, our little chalkboards for our merch area. Totally a Crafts Direct find.

Thanks to the Schlect family for their long time contribution to the Central MN biz community, sorry to see their shop go.

This is some savory goodness, a little bit spicy - always made fresh from scratch at your favorite burrito shop!

As always, we’re only gonna have that sweet poblano for a limited time, so don’t scroll past ‘cos you might miss out!

We probably don’t talk enough about how we are cooking from scratch. We’re really not opening pre portioned packages at all, our recipes rely on doing things the old fashioned way.

If you have never tried our chorizo, it’s not similar to what other shops are doing, we’re in the kitchen, cooking. And it shows.

Our new friend Jake Judd from KNSI stopped by yesterday for a quick burrito on National Burrito Day. We had a nice chat about a bunch of the fun stuff we've been up to at Bravo lately.

We're just so grateful for all the positive press, especially during Bravo's anniversary month!
