The roastery is back up and running, and the web site is in full operation, but since I am still recovering from my cardiac bypass surgery, I am keeping somewhat erratic hours for a while.

The hours listed on our website, the internet, and even on our door are not necessarily the hours we are open these days. Your understanding and patience is very much appreciated. Hopefully we'll be back to normal in a month or two.

Good news, everyone! I will be back at the roastery starting next week, albeit in a limited capacity. We will be taking online orders soon, but please expect a bit of a wait. We have a lot of work to do to get back up and running at full capacity, and we appreciate your patience in this matter!

It was 17 years ago today that we opened our doors for the first time. Well over two million pounds of beans later we're still at it. THANK YOU to all of our customers who've stuck with us through it all, or who've just joined us recently. We couldn't have done it without you. ☕

We are not taking walk-in customers today because our steps are too icy and dangerous! And you can't find sidewalk salt anywhere.

Today we learned that Red Bull Energy Drink has less caffeine than a cup of coffee.

Red Bull: 32mg
Coffee: 40mg

So there’s a new trend of adding olive oil to coffee. We can’t see why this would in any way improve the taste, but to each their own. We remember a trend a few years ago about adding butter to coffee. And just look at how popular that is now.

✨ This year has been such a dream for us. We’ve all loved getting to know each one of you.

As we close out 2022, we are taking time this week to dream about this next year…. Ways to serve you better, ways to increase our give back to the community, and creative ways we can encourage/provide more opportunities for community and connection. 💕
