Anybody working on their ascension process, here is some valuable information especially if feeling stuck. Thinking if you could just get past this one demon, or if I ate better. Always an excuse for why you are not good enough to be and feel connected right now. The real answer is you already are good enough and are connected. Dont be so hard on yourself. The jist of it....
Removing interference in the physical creating a stronger connection to your higher self.
Frequency: "rate at which a vibration occurs that constitutes a wave, either in a material (as in sound waves), or in an electromagnetic field (as in radio waves and light), usually measured per second."
Everything that exists in the physical has a frequency attached to it. Your sock. The gift your beloved gave to you on a special day that you both gave a little extra love in the thought behind it contributing to the frequency of the object. The shirt left behind by an ex that didn't end so well tucked away forgotten about in a dresser, with a little extra resentment, anger, or sadness connected to it. All items have a frequency connected to them of which your emotions play a part in that frequency as well.
The more items you have in your space all vibrate together creating noise and density. This can cause interference/noise effecting your connection between your physical/non physical parts of self. Since it is spring and we just had a new moon, this would be an ideal time to eliminate the unnecessary noise as much as possible. The simplest way to do this is by getting rid of and donating anything you no longer use such as clothing, garbage, money you want to pass along to me. The opportunities are infinite!
A big part of the "awakening" process is learning to let go of attachments, which this is a great exercise for that. Go through and clear out any extra clothing or items that you no longer use. People are now in a time of need more than ever, so that angry shirt that gives you bad vibes every time you come across it can be given to that person that doesn't have a shirt and should be walking around with one on. You have now turned that negative object into something positive and removed the frequency from your household clearing up space and transmuting that energy. The letting go of the object and clearing the space will allow that connection with self to gain strength and momentum as well as help with closure for any "sentimental" items that you donate.
Now is the time to continue working on that connection with self and a great first step to connecting with self on a deeper level. If your not already meditating that would be something to go into after this spring cleaning. All those crazy/non stop thoughts that you use as a reason to not mediate, just got a little quieter without that loudmouth ex, I mean shirt vibrating into your mind taking up bandwidth.
Now is the time where we can all get a little bit "lighter" helping bring more "light" to the planet. Yeah did you see what I did there?? Light/Lighter!! Thank you lightworker and energy movers for taking the time to read this, and hopefully it is helpful. Have a great weekend!!

Hi, my name is Brian Blankenship and I am a spiritual awakening coach/energy healer. I have been on this path basically my whole life, however I have been focused on making it a career and concentrating on learning different modalities since 2015. It began then when I started using different psychedelics such as mushrooms, ayahuasca, and pe**te in sacred healing ceremonies. This gave me insights and experience beyond the veil which solidified for me that there is much more than meets the eye in our everyday reality.
After those initial experiences in 2016 I began to focus on Ayahuasca and for 2 years began training to become an Ayahuasca shaman. Over that time I would consume the medicine at least a couple of times a week. During these experiences I was able to work through a lot of my issues and discover what was holding me back from being the best version of myself. I was able to see and relive some of my past experiences and navigate my subconscious mind learning my strengths and weaknesses. Through my years of training I was then shown that all of this access/information is available to us through more natural ways that do not include ingesting any substance that alters your mind. In fact I was shown and told there are better/safer ways that this can be accomplished. Since 2019 I have been learning these other techniques and have not touched the psychedelic medicines since. I was shown different techniques such as breathing, yoga, theta healing, reiki, shamballa, and sound which are ancient techniques that humanity has forgotten. I was told its time for these techniques to be โre-discoveredโ and brought to the mainstream for the awakening that is coming to the planet.
What I believe is that we are spiritual beings having a human experience, and that our thoughts and emotions help us manifest our reality. This is something that most of humanity has forgotten over time and we have all been doing this by default for 1000โs of years. Our subconscious mind has taken the lead in this since then and our conscious mind has been helping with our emotional reactions as well as what we are thinking about all day. Our subconscious mind has been recording every single experience that we have had along with anything negative that has ever happened or been said to us. This creates beliefs and thought patterns that are now constantly running in the background, even things that our conscious mind is unaware of.
