We will start and finish in a ‘shingle’ day

The house is another one that we are hired to make rent ready

Full rental restore.

My first client I gained more than two years ago had me work on this house over the summer.

Before they purchased the house I was asked to give a quote to replace the retaining wall and roof. The client decided to buy the house partially because my repairs were financially viable.

The client had us do the roof. After that we tore out the old railroad tie wall and replaced it. I was then given opportunity to bid on the exterior repairs. Replaced a few pieces of siding and repaired wood rot around the windows.

A few months later the house was unoccupied and I gave a bid to repair the interior

We started by removing all the waste, broken blinds and then scrubbed down the whole interior of the house. The paint cleaned up well.

After that we repaired drywall, plaster, doors, screendoor, and painted what was needed.

The house cleaned up very nice and my client is pleased.

We finished the job with very few extra expenses discovered.

Looking a bit ruff

We did some foundation wall and basement floor repairs this past month

Client is selling their home

We had to come in behind someone else’s poor quality job

I don’t have exterior pics of the foundation walls on this phone. We did repairs to them as well. Also painted exterior foundation walls

Cracks were caused by lack of cutting the floors with control joints. House does have settling as well.

Ground out the cracks, ground down the high spots, filled in the cracks with polymer materials designed for masonry application. Covered the polymer with dry masonry cement.

Turned out real nice

Almost looks and feels as though no cracks were present.

Polymers will last many years

We installed a French Drain this past month

Was a two day job

Trench was dug out to two foot depth by foot and a half wide

French Drain helps prevent water from going into a basement

We finished up some drywall finishing

Wet sanded, not dry

Virtually zero dust

Customer didn’t want absolute perfection but we did go above and beyond expectations

Customer is a client I have worked for on a number of jobs

They buy houses, fix em and rent them out. I have a number of clients that do the same

Some of the Sheetrock was hung before I showed up. I was told to finish it the best we could without going overboard on perfection

This is another job well done, fast and within budget.

This work is going to help preserve this house from being damaged by rain water entering into the basement.

We put stucco on two chimneys today
