Introducing the 🎂 Classic Cake Series 🎂
I’ve been getting lots of requests on just simple celebration cakes to share and after many months of testing, my signature classic cake series is finally here! While I love creating minimalist design cakes, it’s been a goal of mine to produce simple celebratory cakes for any occasion especially when you don’t need any fancy design, just a cake to celebrate!
These flavor combinations have went through multiple trials so that I can bring you the perfect balance and taste! It’s light and not-too-sweet, perfectly balanced for any palate! Can’t wait to mess around more in the kitchen to bring more cakes to this collection!
Classic Cake lineup:
🍰 Strawberry Dream Chiffon Cake: cotton soft vanilla bean chiffon sponge + diced fresh strawberries in homemade strawberry jam + vanilla fresh milk cream.
🍪 Biscoff Caramel Chiffon Cake: cotton soft mocha chiffon sponge + lotus biscoff cookies and homemade caramel sauce + cookie butter fresh milk cream.
🍫 Double Chocolate Crunch Chiffon Cake: cotton soft premium chocolate chiffon sponge + homemade chocolate crunch ganache + Valrhona chocolate fresh milk cream
