Happy Ten Year Henniversary Ben!

Ben is the kind of server and person you remember time and time again because is so thoughtful & empathetic. He has built a wonderful customer base at the Hen through his kindness and genuine spirit. If you’ve dined with us, chances are you probably have a wonderful story about him. His decade of experience shows how much he values each person that walks through the door.

Ben also consistently shows up for his coworkers professionally & personally. He can always see who and what needs help. Restaurants can be busy and chaotic, but Ben’s superpower is diminishing that stress & keeping calm. What can we say, he’s the big brother that we all love & depend on.

So Ben, thank you for being well, you. We’ve watched you grow up in this restaurant, you & Allie get married, & we can’t wait to see what’s in store for the next decade.

An ode to Erin on her 3 year Henniversary:
In May of 2021 Erin joined our close knit team as we were reopening after closing for the winter during the pandemic. It felt almost kismet, like she had been part of the team all along.

Her first day was Memorial Day and she didn’t sweat or skip a beat, she was all in. Three years later, she’s still all in. Erin has an incredible spirit and heart, if you’ve been served by her I’m sure you’ve witnessed that. Her professionalism and kindness is constantly praised by our customers and we are so thankful to have her as an integral part of the team.

Erin facts:
She has two animals she absolutely adores, Walter and Lucifer.
She’s an amazing Auntie and plant guru.
AND she is a skilled juggler! She can juggle 6 oranges at once! Ask her about it.
